Carol J. Miller
Carol J. Miller is a native of Zion, Illinois, and has served United Methodist churches in Eastern Pennsylvania and Wisconsin for forty years. She retired in June 2007 and now resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with her husband, the Reverend Richard Miller. They have two married daughters, Heather and Mary, and two grandchildren, Acacia and Evan. She is currently serving part-time as director of Christian education at Saint Andrew's United Methodist Church in Baton Rouge.
Carol has written numerous curriculum pieces over the years for Cokesbury and has authored the Kerygma Program books on Mark, Luke, John, Acts, the Advent texts, and the Lenten texts.
She received her B.A. from Illinois Wesleyan University, Bloomington, Illinois, and her M.Th. and D.Min. degrees from Perkins School of Theology, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.
